
Oysters with a tangy sauce full of flavour.
Serves 2
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp mirin
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbs rice wine vinegar
8 chives- thinly sliced
12 freshly shucked oysters
Combine all sauce ingredients and chill for 20 minutes before serving a teaspoon of sauce over each oyster.
